Why choose Vodafone SIM-only?

Vodafone has brilliant coverage whether you want 4G or 5G, with almost complete coverage for 4G and rapidly growing 5G coverage.

By opting for SIM-only you also have the option of only committing to either a 30-day or 12-month contract, rather than a 24-month one (though 24-month plans are available too). Plus, some plans come with great extras, explained below.

Added extras

Certain Vodafone SIM-only packages include a free subscription to an entertainment service, giving you the choice of Spotify Premium for music, YouTube Premium for ad-free YouTube, and Amazon Prime for films and shows.

Vodafone's SIM Only plans also include Wi-Fi Calling (so you can call or text over Wi-Fi when there’s no signal) and 4G Calling (which ensures you can call and text in more places), as well as access to treats and discounts on the VeryMe Rewards app. Some plans also include free roaming.

Data roaming

Select Vodafone SIM Only plans lets you roam at no extra cost in either 51 European destinations or 83 worldwide destinations, including the likes of the US and Australia (up to a fair use limit of 25GB). If you don't have one of these plans then you can roam from £2.25 per day, or less if you pay for a multi-day roaming pass.

Tethering

You can use any or all of your data each month for tethering (also known as a personal hotspot) at no extra cost.

How can I keep my number when switching?

Just request your PAC code from your old network, which can easily be done by texting the word 'PAC' to 65075 from the number you want to keep, then fill in a number transfer form on Vodafone’s website. Number ports will usually happen within one working day.

Which size SIM will I get?

Vodafone will send you a 3-in-1 SIM, so you can just pop out the size you need.
