How can I keep my number when switching?

To keep your number you’ll need your PAC code from your old network, which you can get either by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075 from the number you want to keep, or by calling up your old network and asking for it.

Once you have it and have activated your new Giffgaff SIM card, just head to the network’s number transfer page and fill out the form. Your old number will then be transferred to your new Giffgaff SIM card on a day of your choice.

Which size SIM will I get?

Giffgaff will supply you with what it calls a ‘triple SIM.’ This contains all three possible SIM card sizes in one package, so just pop out the size you need and stick it in your phone. If you’re unsure which you need, just compare the available sizes to your old SIM card to find the right one.
