Sony isn’t messing around with its latest flagship smartphone, the Sony Xperia 1 III. It’s got the sharpest display in the business in the shape of a 6.5-inch 4K AMOLED display.
It can also output at a rapid 120Hz, and its unusually tall 21:9 aspect ratio makes it ideal for watching movie content on. Especially when you consider that there’s no display notch to get in the way.
Also notable is the Xperia 1 III’s triple-12MP camera system, which borrows some of the smarts from Sony’s Alpha camera department for the most sophisticated autofocus around. Add in a dual-lens telephoto system, a dedicated shutter button, and a pro-level camera app, and you have a serious photographer’s tool.
The Xperia 1 III backs all this up with top level performance too, courtesy of a Snapdragon 888 CPU. All in all, this is one serious phone.
