How can I keep my number when switching?

Simply give O2 your PAC code either when you place your order or at any time afterwards (though your old account and number needs to still be active).

To get your PAC code, either ask your old network for it or text 'PAC' to 65075 from the number you want to keep.

If you give O2 your PAC code before 6PM on a working day then your number will usually be transferred the next working day – otherwise it will take two working days.
