The Nokia Lumia 930 will be on shelves this June.
With Nokia set to soon join the Microsoft fold, the Lumia 930 could be the last flagship under the Lumia name. If it is then at least the brand will have gone out with a bang, because the Lumia 930 looks like it will be the best and most well rounded Lumia yet.
It has a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM, so it’s plenty powerful compared not just to other Windows Phone handsets but compared to everything else out there too.
Its screen is similarly impressive thanks to a 5 inch 1080 x 1920 AMOLED display with a pixel density of 441 pixels per inch. But not only is it big and high resolution, it also uses Nokia’s ClearBlack technology to ensure the contrast is great too.
It comes with a generous 32GB of storage, though there’s no microSD card slot. The Lumia 930 has a high quality build too, with an aluminium frame helping it stand out from the crowd.
It’s 4G ready, as well as supporting NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and wireless charging and being a Nokia it almost goes without saying that the camera is great. In this case there’s a 20 megapixel sensor, a Carl Zeiss lens, a dual-LED flash and optical image stabilisation, ensuring high quality, blur free images.
It’s good for video too as it can shoot in 1080p at 30fps and has four microphones, allowing it to capture audio in surround sound.

Its 2420 mAh battery should keep it going for a long time and it runs Windows Phone 8.1 complete with Cortana, Action Centre and all the other features that brings.
The Nokia Lumia 930 is due to hit shelves worldwide in June, with a price tag of around $599 (£356).
